Missouri Orange Coneflower tolerates hot dry weather and dry soil.  The stems and linear leaves are very hairy, with large basal leaves that remain green through winter.  It is a perennial for sunny, well-drained flower beds and serves well as a cut flower with long bloom periods through the summer.  It will attract a wide variety of insects including bees and butterflies.

This ecotype is made possible in partnership with Audubon Delta.

Prices listed are based on pure live seed weight, not bulk weight. You are only paying for viable seed.
