Rough Coneflower has large bold yellow flowers 3" to 6" wide with long drooping petals.  It is a late spring and summer flowering plant that prefers moist soils in full sun sites.  It is widely used as a garden plant and is great for cut flowers.  As a pollinator plant, it is especially valuable to bees.

This ecotype is made possible in partnership with AUDUBON DELTA.
