Virgin's Bower is a 12' to 15', or longer, native perennial vine that climbs with twisting leaf stems. This plant features copious clusters of small white flowers growing in the leaf axils followed by pompom-like seed heads. It is usually found climbing over fences, arbors, and other vegetation along woodland edges, roadsides, and along river banks. Virgin's Bower grows in dry to moist soils in full sun or part shade. The feathery white seed heads are especially showy in the late summer and are a garden favorite. Native Americans used this plant in numerous herbal remedies; however, it should be noted that this plant is reported to be toxic.
Prices listed are based on pure live seed weight, not bulk weight. You are only paying for viable seed.
